Case Study: 18 MP Camera Design for Micro-object Detection
The objective of the solution is to capture a 4K resolution RAW 12-bit image in snapshot mode from the camera at 10FPS and transfer that to a Windows PC over USB3 via UVC for micro particle and biological cell analysis.
Key Highlights
8 Layer High Speed Design
18M Sensor capturing 5 RAW images in 1 second time each of 25MB
MiPi to USB bridge deliver 125 MB data to windows PC in a 1 second time
Windows PC based application to control camera parameters
