After the successful field trial and final validation, the customer presented it at some of the most important trade fairs worldwide. Now the customer wants to launch the product and needs our production automation services to deliver 1000 units. We designed and developed a custom Testjig needed to support functional and signal tests integrated into a manufacturing line to increase test efficiency and production yield.
Engibrains offered a turnkey solution and took care of all critical decisions like the selection of manufacturers who could deliver a high-quality, Testjig HW design, SW development, PC utility, and mechanical assembly integration. First, our QA engineers defined a Testjig hardware architecture and finalized the test standards for functional and signal testing in order to increase test efficiency and production yield. We have identified and laid out a complete test procedure for the production Testjig. To capture the log of execution and validate complex scenarios in production, our QA team integrated the Testjig PC utility within the Automated Test Suite, which enables features like flashing the firmware. We have successfully identified and automated 200+ test cases and validated the devices right after the assembly line. Team Engibrains successfully delivered 1000 working units within the stipulated time frame.
